DOSAGE
6 to 15 grams in decoction. The maximum dosage of Qing Xiang Zi is 20 grams.
CAUTIONS I CONTRAINDICATIONS
• Cold in thermal nature, Qing Xiang Zi should be used with caution in patients with deficiency and cold of the Spleen and Stomach, qi and/or yang deficiency, and deficiency of the Liver or Kidney
• Qing Xiang Zí dilates the pupils of the eyes. Therefore, it should be used with caution in individuals with eye disorders characterized by dilated pupils, such as in glaucoma.
