DOSAGE
5 to 10 grams for dried Shi Chang Pu, 10 to 20 grams for the fresh herb. Shi Chang PU is often used in decoctions or pills. Grind it into powder or use as a decoction for an external wash, if applying this substance topically.
CAUTIONS I CONTRAINDICA TIONS
• Use of Shi Chang PU is not suitable for patients with spermatorrhea, sweating, or yin and blood deficiencies.
